Well, i heard that the governers challenge is willing to give a couple of lucky schools some money and a new fitness center, so i decided to help my school because they need it and that would really help my school. Thank you for giving me that oppurtinutty!

I love to do sports and i know many of my friends do to, but some of them are to lazy to get up and play! Joining this challenge has made me and my friends not only be phsicaly activite but it has brought us closer as friends and made us realize how much fun it is to try new sports and to just be active. I learned how to play football and by playing outside i was able to get better on my soccer kicks and i also increased in my endurince and got much faster. This challenge has opened So many doors for my athletic passion.

For at least five years i haven't been running as much as i use to and that has slowed down my system. i really wanted to boost my energy but i could never seem to be able too. Till my Physical Education teachers, mentioned this Governers Challenge it seemed like a very good idea and i followed that idea. Wow what a sucess in my fitness since i have started this challenge I have felt a change in my body. Now i dont even watch televison anymore instead i'm outside playing soccer, tennis, swimming, or running. this has improved my health alot too. now i'm able to push my self to the outer limits. this program is the best!!! i recomed this if you want to live a healthy life (drink lots of water it helps)

At first I thought, why do this? Then after the first three days I was happy at my progress. I ate healthier and worked harder. At school there is a wall in the obstical course during P.E. the small part of the wall is what I am used to going over, the big wall was out of my reach. Testing for the big wall came up and I was nervous. The big wall was an A grade the small wall was an B grade and a C grade was for trying. I did the small wall confidently and decided to try the big wall for a better grade. I ended up doing it and got an A! I was really proud of myself. I could not have done it without your "push"! THANK YOU! - Kaylee Lowrey
