My wife is a teacher at Tamarack Elementary. I am supporting Tamarack by being more physically active. I am currently in physical therapy as the result of illness, but each day I am exercising independently for an hour and a half to improve my skills. During the week I have at least an hour of physical therapy. So far I have lost over 100 pounds and it is making a major difference in my life.

well i think this program has helped me out alot before the challenge i was a lazy overweight sixteen year old i weighed two hundred and ten pounds and now i only weigh one hundred and eighety five pounds i feel great i love to be able to run the mile without having to stop every certain time in the track while i watch all of my friends run past me it also feels great to have people look at you and say you sure do look thin today and the best part of it is going home and looking at yourself in the mirror and not feeling so bad about youre personal image actually saying tonight im gonna go show the world what im all about and that yes i might still be overweight but hey i bet i can run faster than you and do so many things you cant do and thats why i love the governors challenge and i just wanted to say thanx to the 24 hour fitness staff in La Mesa
