I was never active before in my life. With this program I got more and more active. I use to not play basketball, soccer, tennis, hockey, and running. Now I play all those sports thanks to this program. My school is active too, like me. I hope we win THE GOVERNORS CHALLENGE. I run with my p.e class. I did not run until I heard about this cool program. I hope our school wins THE GOVERNOR'S CHALLENGE!!!

i was in a serious mountain bike accident in may tearing muscle and twisting out my knee joints. I lost about 80% use in my right leg and about 60% in my left. stretching and conditioning is slowly restoring both legs, and spending time in the jacuzzi helps too. i'm now up to 45 min on a rowing machine, and with any luck i'll be on a recumbant bike at 24 hour fitness to begin more serious rebuilding and work on my range of motion too. i'm glad the challange was here to help motivate me. at 52, i'm not about to quit.
