Alls it took was dedication because my school needs the money. I just continued with my normal everyday exercising so that I can do my part in helping my school.

Nothing else is as satisfying as a 30 minute walk during my lunch hour.

I'm not an unhealthy person food-wise, but I never really exercised much until the Governor's Challenge encouraged me to start doing so. Now I exercise much more and I feel a lot healthier- Thanks! =)

I have been exercising a lot and have seen great results. My muscles are getting stronger. I can tell because I can carrying many heavy items that I couldn't before exercising. My mom, dad, and I have been very grateful to this program and hope that our school, Nobel, will win. Instead of that I see lots of improvement on my dad's weight. He got a little thinner. It is also very fun to go online and help my school. I also eat healthier too.
