At registration you will also create a personal 4 to 10 character account password to access your account in the future.

The personal information we collect is always voluntarily submitted. If at any time you would like to be removed from our e-mail list, simply change your account preferences on your account homepage.

All communicated e-mail messages to the California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports will be maintained as long as necessary to respond to your question or to accomplish the stated purpose of the communication.

Disclosure:

As part of our commitment to ensuring the privacy of our visitors, the California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports does NOT sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information from online visitors or Governor's Challenge members for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this statement. Your reward order data is securely transmitted, in encrypted format, to Moulton Logistics Management for processing and fulfillment. Children's Privacy Policy:

We recognize the need to provide additional protection to children on the web. When any user, including a child under the age of 13, registers to join the Governor's Challenge we require name, e-mail address, birth date, zip code, and creation of a personal 4 to 10 character account password. Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, no website operator can require, as a condition of participation in an activity, that a child under the age of 13 disclose more information than is reasonably necessary. The California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports abides by this requirement.
